I got a Kindle as a gift too and I love it as well. I highly recommend you play with it or at least borrow someone's (if they'll let you) if you doubt you'll like it. "Inside Steve's Brain" - Great book on the history of Apple, and the inner workings of the company and the philosophy. "Never Eat Alone" by Keith Ferrazzi on the importance of networking and building relationships. "Trade-Off, Why Some Things Catch On, and Others Don't" "The Pixar Touch" Great history of Pixar and how they came about. "Call me Ted" - Ted Turner's autobiography "How the Mighty Fall" Jim Collins

…l in virtually anything you do in life? By the way, he has a very specific set of traits about him that allow him to see such consistent success. I recommend picking up "Inside Steve's Brain." You don't know what's right. Zuckerberg launched failed businesses before Facebook. I know a lot of millionaire entrepreneurs who failed at 6 or 7 startups before they got it right. How does the saying go on the bicycle? You can't move forward if you're standing still, and you can't change directions until you're moving forward.

…However, experience does matter- and you can pack a ton of experience into a short amount of time if you're ok with taking risks, which it sounds like you are. Check out Inside Steve's Brain if you get the chance, this quote stuck out at me a lot: "For Jobs, innovation is about creativity, putting things together in unique ways. "Creativity is just connecting things," Jobs told Wired magazine. "When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn't really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That's because they were able to connect experiences they've had and synthesize new things. And the reason they were able to do that was that they've had more experiences or they thought more about their experiences than other people. Unfortunately, that's too rare a commo…

The World is Flat The Post American World Losing My Virginity - Richard Branson's Autobiography Autobiography of Andrew Carnegie The Second Coming of Steve Jobs Inside Steve's Brain The Seven Day Weekend- Book by Ricardo Semler of Semco on company organization and management, Semco essentially operates as a socialist enterprise with election of bosses, profit sharing, open information, flex-time, etc, but with the twist that Ricardo is the majority stock owner. Fascinating book and well-written to boot. Founders at Work should go without saying :)
